Individual or group bookings for the ZVO Surface Days 2026, including the welcome evening, can only be made online until 14 September 2026 at 13:00.

Please register using your company’s legally binding name; if necessary, please include the order reference.
On 17 September 2026, a workshop on the topic “AI Compass for SMEs: Identifying My Relevant Use Cases” will take place, led by this year’s keynote speaker Torsten Koerting. The workshop combines the inspiration of the opening event with concrete actionable insights. Participants will leave the room with a clear sense of direction: Which AI use cases are relevant to my company – and which are not? The workshop is limited to a maximum of 80 people (admission control!) and can be booked via online registration with a separate ticket. This also applies to participants booked by the organisers, e.g. speakers or stand attendants.
Upon receipt of your registration, you will automatically receive your confirmation and the participant invoice. These documents will NOT be sent by post. Please forward the participant invoice to the relevant department within your company immediately upon receipt!
!!! The bank details (secupay) stated on the invoice are for a trust account EXCLUSIVELY for the ZVO Surface Days 2026. Please make payments exclusively to these bank details !!! DO NOT save these secupay bank details as the bank details of ZVO Service GmbH.
The participant invoice is due 14 days after receipt of the online participant invoice.
