Conditions 2025

The following conditions for congress tickets for the ZVO Surface Days 2025, which are unchanged compared to the previous year, are shown net. Please note that these prices appear gross in the online registration process, as including 19% VAT.

Participant registrations are expected to be possible from April 2025.

All prices in euros plus the statutory VAT applicable at the time of invoicing.

1Membersof ZVO, BIV and DGO are entitled to attend the entire conference incl. welcome evening and incl. conference documents, drinks during breaks and lunch.

3 The ticket categories junior staff, pensioners, pupils/students and day tickets are excluded from the early bird discount

4 Only entitles the holder to attend the welcome evening (24.9.2025), e.g. for accompanying persons

Booking

Individual or group bookings with the same registration profile (e.g. participation in the entire congress) for the ZVO Surface Technology Days 2025 are only possible online from April 2025 and until 22 September 2025, 13:00 at the latest. Payment can be madeat by bank transfer, credit card or PayPal . Please note that when paying by credit card, transaction problems may occur due to the Secure ID procedure. For registrations after 15 August 2025, payment is only possible by credit card or PayPal.

Upon receipt of your registration, you will automatically receive your confirmation and the participant invoice. These documents will NOT be sent to you by post. Please forward the participant invoice to the relevant department in your company as soon as you receive it! Payment will be made to our ticketing and payment service provider CONVERIA GmbH, Weimar. The corresponding account details are included in the participant invoice.

In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act, we would like to point out that the participant data will be stored and processed in a file.

Upon receipt of your registration, you will receive an automated registration confirmation and your event ticket by e-mail.

Cancellation of registration / GTC

With the binding registration, the General Terms and Conditions of ZVO Service GmbH are deemed to be known and accepted, in particular § 11 "Cancellation of seminars, conferences and congresses":

The customer may withdraw from registrations for seminars, conferences and congresses in accordance with the following provisions and cancellation fees:

In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the event (= up to and including 25 August 2025), the event fee is waived

In the event of cancellation up to 20 days before the start of the event (= 26.8.2025 to 3.9.2025), the customer must pay 25% of the original event fee

In the event of cancellation up to 10 days before the start of the event (= 4.9.2025 to 13.9.2025), the customer must pay 50% of the original event fee

In the event of cancellation up to 5 days before the start of the event (= 14.9.2025 to 18.9.2025), the customer must pay 75% of the original event fee

In the event of subsequent cancellation (= from 19 September 2025), the customer must pay 100% of the original event fee

If the customer provides a replacement person, the aforementioned cancellation fees do not apply. The customer must always pay a processing fee of €50 for the change of participant.

Justified refunds of participant fees already paid will be made subject to a cancellation fee of € 50.

The customer shall be liable for any additional costs incurred by ZVO Service GmbH as a result of the change of participant. Cancellation for legal reasons and the legal consequences thereof remain unaffected by the aforementioned regulation.

All prices quoted are in euros plus the statutory VAT applicable at the time of invoicing.

This event is a service according to § 3a para. 3 no. 5 of the German VAT Act. Accordingly, the place of performance of other services is at the venue of the event, provided it is an event in the field of teaching, science or exhibitions, with the consequence that under these conditions German VAT must always be charged and a reverse charge procedure does not apply.
