ZVO Oberflaechentage 2026 in Karlsruhe

The treatment of surfaces is a key technology for the technical, scientific, economic and ecological solution of current problems in the development of innovative products. The annual Oberflaechentage organised by the Zentralverband Oberflaechentechnik e.V. (ZVO) in September makes an important contribution to this.

The primary aim of the Oberflaechentage is to network research and practice in the field of electroplating and Oberflaechentechnik and to support cross-industry communication. The development of new areas of application for electroplated coatings and the increasing demands on coated surfaces as well as dealing with new legal regulations at EU and federal level are the core topics of the Oberflaechentage. Trade visitors from the fields of development, construction, design and production in particular will benefit from the practical orientation of the event.

The ZVO Oberflaechentage 2026 will take place for the first time in the Stadthalle Karlsruhe from 16 to 18 September 2026. The #OTKarlsruhe26 congress will begin on 16 September 2026 at 18:00 with the opening event and the subsequent welcome evening.

Presentation proposals can be submitted online up to and including 31 January 2026.

Congress tickets (individual or group bookings) can be booked from mid-April 2026 via our online registration portal. Registration deadline is Monday, 14 September 2026, 13:00. After that, registrations can only be made on site.

Registration for the industrial exhibition is possible from 25 September 2025.
