- Can I publish an exhibitor PR article or book an advertisement in ZVOreport?
Yes, issue 4/2026 is available for this purpose. The editorial deadline for exhibitor PR is 8 July 2026, and the advertising deadline (last day for orders) is 17 July 2026. ZVOreport 4/2026 will be published as an e-paper on 19 August 2026 and as a print edition on 28 August 2026.
The cover story for issue 4 of the ZVOreport will, of course, be this year’s ZVO Oberflaechentage in Karlsruhe. The magazine will be available at the annual congress. It will be published on 19 August 2026 as an e-paper (including linked advertisements) and on 28 August 2026 as a print edition.
As a co-exhibitor at the #OTKarlsruhe26 industry exhibition accompanying the conference, we would be happy to publish an exhibitor PR piece from your company.
To do so, please send your company press release with the subject line OT2026/Exhibitor PR directly to Birgit Spickermann, b.spickermann(at)zvo.org, by the editorial deadline of 8 July 2026
- Please submit text and graphic files as separate WORD/jpg files
- Text length approx. 2,000 characters including spaces
- Graphic files at 300 dpi
The editorial coverage is free of charge for you and will also be published in the company section of our website as well as via other ZVO press and social media channels. In addition, your exhibitor PR will appear in a special newsletter in the week before the congress begins.
Of course, you also have the option of using the ZVOreport to place an advertisement. The deadline for advertisements is 17 July 2026, and the deadline for print files is 31 July 2026. If you have not yet booked an advertisement, the media specifications are available here.
- What advertising opportunities are available in the ZVO Oberflaechentage programme booklet?
The programme booklet is the main print medium for the ZVO Surface Days and is distributed to every participant at the start of the conference. It therefore represents an excellent platform for your targeted advertising. It provides an overview of the numerous expert presentations from the various thematic blocks, as well as lists of speakers, participants and exhibitors.
The price for a full-page advertisement is €1,190, less any applicable discounts:
- 10 per cent discount for exhibitors
- Discount for exhibiting ZVO members: 25 per cent
Preferred placements U2, U3 or U4 are no longer available.
The advertising deadline (last day for orders) is 30 June 2026; print files must be received by 15 July 2026.
If you are interested, we will be happy to send you a quote for an advertisement in the programme booklet on request.
If you have already booked an advertisement when booking your exhibition stand, you will have received an order confirmation. We will be requesting your print files shortly.
In addition, this year we are offering a bookmark in the programme booklet for the first time – or rather, two bookmarks.

- Does ZVO Service GmbH provide “We are exhibiting…” advertising banners?
Yes, all exhibitors have already received these with the order confirmation for their exhibition booking. If you have not saved them, we will send you these banners again on request to mail@zvo.org.
- Is there an official hashtag for the ZVO Oberflaechentage 2026 that we are allowed/able to use?

- When can we set up our stand?
Set-up: 16 September 2026, 12:00 – 17:00
Dismantling: 18 September 2026, from 1.30 pm
- What is the address for the Stadthalle Karlsruhe?

- How can deliveries be made to the Stadthalle?
The following applies to deliveries by car or van:
The Karlsruhe Stadthalle has neither storage facilities nor a central goods reception area to accept and temporarily store deliveries arriving prior to set-up. Please bring your exhibition materials in person, if possible, on the day of set-up (Wednesday, 16 September 2026, 12:00 – 17:00).

Once you have unloaded your vehicle, you may use the Kongress-Zentrum Karlsruhe car park, which is located directly beneath the Festplatz (clearance height 1.90 m). Exhibitors who park in the underground car park pay the current daily rate for exhibitors of €10.00 incl. VAT.
Exhibitors whose vehicles do not fit in the underground car park may park in the designated areas of the fairground at the same daily rate of €10.00 and will receive a parking ticket from the barrier staff, which must be displayed visibly inside the vehicle. All vehicles without a parking ticket must enter the underground car park.
The basis is: Delivery 16 September, 12:00–17:00 / Departure 18 September.
Should you nevertheless need to use parcel or freight services, please proceed as follows:

Parcel shipments should be posted with a fixed delivery date of “arriving 15 September 2026”. Please address your parcel as follows:

Stand no.ITK will consolidate all deliveries and deliver them to the Stadthalle in accordance with the agreed schedule. Invoicing will be based on proof of delivery.
Special services such as: delivery to the stand, storage of empties, return freight etc. must be ordered in advance and will be invoiced separately.
!!! No forklifts, hoists, hand trolleys or pallet trucks are available on site !!!
Returns / collections on Friday, 18 September 2026, 14:00 – 17:00
Please collect your exhibition materials in person on 18 September 2026 if possible.
Otherwise, if returning or collecting items, please ensure that a contact person from your company is still on site at the time of collection. Collection is possible on Friday between 14:00 and 17:00. Please contact ITK if a haulage contractor is to be/must be engaged for the return.
